- No. They only receive missed‑dose alerts you opt‑in to, plus simple adherence percentages. No diagnosis or sensitive notes are shared.
- Do notifications work offline?
- Primary reminders are local. Caregiver missed-dose alerts use the backend so they can continue when the app is in the background or closed.
- Where do medication names come from?
- Autocomplete and scanner validation use NHS Scotland Open Data medicine names. Clinical medicine advice is kept separate and will use approved trusted sources.
- Can pharmacies verify their services?
- That is the direction. PharmAI now has service chips, and partner pharmacy profiles can later verify services, refill response windows, and priority placement.
